Refund & Cancellation Policy
We believe in 100% transparent and fair customer relationships. As GST-Hawk provides instant digital access to computational software and downloadable Excel audit workbooks, the following terms govern refunds and subscription cancellations:
1. 48-Hour Technical Satisfaction Guarantee
If you experience an unresolved technical defect or software malfunction that prevents you from generating or exporting your reconciliation report, and our technical support team is unable to resolve the issue within 24 hours of reporting, you are entitled to a 100% Full Refund.
2. Refund Request Process
To claim a refund under our guarantee:
- Send an email to [email protected] within 48 hours of payment.
- Include your Payment ID / Order ID, registered email, and a brief description of the technical issue encountered.
- Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment source (UPI, Card, NetBanking) within 5 to 7 business days in compliance with standard banking turnaround guidelines.
3. Cancellation of Recurring Plans
Users may cancel their Monthly or Annual subscription renewals at any time directly through their account dashboard or by notifying support. Upon cancellation, access remains active until the end of the paid billing cycle, and no further charges will be billed.
