Welcome to GST-Hawk (www.gsthawk.com), operated by GST-Hawk AI Technologies ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our website, AI Reconciliation Engine, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Nature of the Software

GST-Hawk is a specialized, web-based Business-to-Business (B2B) financial technology SaaS utility designed to assist Chartered Accountants, Tax Advocates, Enterprises, and Accounts Professionals in comparing Purchase Registers against GSTR-2A/2B data.

2. Intellectual Property & License

All software algorithms, user interface designs, logos, and report layout formulas are proprietary intellectual property of GST-Hawk AI Technologies. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service in accordance with their purchased plan (Daily Pass, Monthly, or Annual Pro).

3. User Responsibility & Statutory Accuracy

GST-Hawk provides automated mathematical and algorithmic reconciliation. While our algorithms provide high matching accuracy and typo tolerance, tax filing remains the sole legal responsibility of the taxpayer/tax professional. GST-Hawk is not a substitute for formal legal, statutory, or tax audit counsel.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
